What is Pago Live?
Pago Live is a new web based initiative launched in the UK by Pago Ltd. Existing customers register and receive a password that enables them secure access to a wealth of information about their Pago Labelling Systems.
Is the information about my Pago system secure?
The site access beyond the introductory pages is restricted to preregistered users. Access is only permitted with a password and passwords are only issued to customers via work email domains. No passwords are issued to private email domains. Registered users at one company cannot gain access to the information uploaded for other customers

What is My Pago Live?
My Pago Live is the name given to the areas of the site where access is restricted to registered users. As the name suggests content can be personalised to suit the needs of the user.
Is Pago Live available internationally?
Pago Live is currently available in the English language only and to Pago customers located in the UK or in Eire. Pago International customers should use the links provided to access the main Pago International site.
Can I upload my own pictures and training material?
Material that you may have developed for your own production line circumstances can be uploaded to the My Pago Live secure area of the site only by Pago Ltd. Once uploaded it will not be accessible to any other customer. In cases where such material is uploaded on behalf of a customer the responsibility for ensuring that copyright infringement is avoided rests with the supplier of the material. If copyright is asserted by the customer then Pago Ltd undertakes to respect the ownership of such material but the supplier of the material is assumed to have the right to authorise the uploading of the information.
How do I use Live Chat?
Live Chat is an instant messaging service available to both registered and unregistered users. The box on the Home page will highlight when a Pago employee is on-line and will specify their role inthe company. If no name is shown then the service is not available at that time and users should contact Pago Ltd via other means. There are currently no plans to run Live Chat on a 24 hour / seven day a week basis.
