We have developed a training scheme which will support you from initial purchase to any on-going issues you have with the Pago range of systems. All linear, rotary and Pagomat applications and accompanying software have their own dedicated training manuals which take you through operational and technical training.

An online training package is a great way of teaching existing and new staff how to operate and service machinery. The development of bespoke multiple choice testing will allow you to ‘self-certify’ the competency of new staff and to identify areas of training need to further strengthen the Pago skill base of your production team.

Initial training sessions take place following the installation of labelling machinery. Further understanding can be reinforced by online training.

Our online chat provides a forum for asking questions and getting answers directly from our engineers and our new service blog will regularly update Pago users with information relevant to service support, spares, and training issues.

Operator training

Individually designed to fit each customer’s requirements, the operator training course will take place on your premises and make sure operators are confident in using newly installed systems.

The course will provide all the information needed for to start up and run the machine including all the panel adjustments they need to know for the labelling jobs they are working on.

Our video library will be able to reinforce this onsite training. Specialised video content can be personalised and hosted securely on the My Pago Live section relevant to your company.

Technical Training

Technical training is designed to provide line technicians and maintenance engineers with the more detailed principles behind the operation of Pago equipment.

Each session will demonstrate the range of possible adjustments, common error messages and fault indications on your system. We will explain how you need to respond to problems together with service routines, breakdown maintenance and manual overview.

Because of the highly modular design of the Pago labelling machinery range, you will find by following our training that you can adapt to new labelling styles easily and your range of product labelling options will increase significantly.

Pago Live holds videos of Pago labelling systems working in situ which will add to your learning experience. Registered users will have access to bespoke video content specific to their installation.
